The first and the most important thing is eat proper food, when you are eating a healthy and balanced diet, your body is protected for many health problems naturally. Instead of taking heavy meals, prefer taking small meal portions to regulate digestion and prevent the production of toxins. Keep your food intake according to the seasons. It is necessary to eat warm food during winter and cold food items during summer to balance body temperature and maintain health.

Some combinations of food are unhealthy for body. The combination of milk and curd, milk and fish, sweet fruits and sour fruits, pickle and milk, honey and ghee are not good for digestion and can leave adverse effects on body. The consumption of these types of opposite foods can produce harmful toxins in the body.

Avoid eating fish and cheese recipes along with alcohol, as it can cause skin diseases and other health problems. Never drink cold water after the consumption of hot tea or coffee.  Avoid eating curd while going to bed at night.

One of the best health tips in Tamil for women’s is drinking water. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to remove harmful toxins from the body. Consuming warm water with few lemon drops in it can prove very beneficial for our health.

It is necessary to get at least 7-8 hours sound sleep for healthy lifestyle. Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and avoid eating oily junk food. Going for morning walk is the best exercise as we can get maximum amount of oxygen during morning beneficial for mind and body.

Follow regular exercise in your daily routine. Doing yoga and meditation is also best remedy for healthy mind and body. Add natural spices like turmeric, ginger, garlic, cumin seeds and black pepper in your daily diet, as they are loaded with anti oxidant and anti bacterial properties which are beneficial for healthy body. They can even reduce the cholesterol level in the blood.

Drink very less water during meals. Avoid drinking ice water during or after meals as it can spoil your digestive system completely.
