  •  If you are working with chemicals, then your eye sight can be damaged because of harmful particles. Use goggles while doing this type of work to save your eyes.
  •  Avoid reading books in dim light. Reading in dim light can give stress on your eyes and make them feel tired. Even never expose your eyes directly to bright light as it can damage the nerves of your eyes. Do not expose your eyes to the sun directly.
